shame too. My last entry was important to me.
~ I recently read a post on FaceBook about wanting to read more of Practitioners and what they do.
I've put some items on here in the past. Then the run around thing about the busiiness I tried to have.. and my stagnant, lay low period of more than a year.
Yes, I regret doing that and I've been building back up my daily Reiki and yoga practices. I can feel the difference in many ways.
More updates to come more often.
