(10/9/04) OK earlier this afternoon, Winged Wolf attuned me to the second level.

I felt a few things.

How do you feel? Odd.

How>? better  some though and Calm.

And I felt warmth and tingleing while I was meditating.

I aslso thoguth that I felt someone as in whispering but couldn't understand.

and I also felt something odd.. Like a boost in energy level increases as in feeling hyper.

So afterwards we talkes some more and she went over what to expect and what to do.. reread all the materials etc. all of which I will do.

(9/10/04 Toda I am some better.  Chest is anyways.

Will continue giving self Reiki 3 times a day.

Ive' been notice some shake and twitches, maybe reiki related unsure.

Ok couple things noticed might be worth posting.

still have tingling and warmth of hands.. not bad feeling but good.

 Have noticed a calmness and patience tha tI usually don't have.. uncharacteristic of / for me. LOL

wonder if I'm giving self treatments properly or not. hrmmm.

(9/14/04 8:13 AM)  ok today is 10 days since my attunement.

been doing self healing everyday.

maybe it's starting to kick in enough to notice difference now.. I'm feeling much better. I can focus on things a lot better.. sleep till almost 805 that's a miracle in itself.

(9/23/04 8:01PM)  ok day 14 into my 21 days of cleansing after attunement,.

I am feel much beter though I have a lingering cough.

my strength has been returning slowly.

I think I'm noticing something about my self-attunements but I'm watiing till I know how to better describe them.

I have been having difficulty remember the 3 Reiki Power words but this seems to be improving as well.. Thank you Winged Wolf for me.

I reckon all as well as can be with self for now.

day 15 of 21  I felt really strong today.. went out and blew the yard' s leaves away.. picked up a truck bed load of tree limbs and sticks.. then cooked and cleaned supper what a day.. plus all the online stuff I do. .

(9/10/29/04 7:52AM ) Today is 20 of 21

I am blessed.

I truly belived that now more than ever.

I am sleeping at night well for the firt time in years.

Last night I took no medicines to sleep.  I slept from 915 to 6 when teh alram went off to get everyone up.. 

joyous.

 (102/04  7:40AM_ 9/30 was dy 21  -- I as too bsy with other things to really notice .. sorry.

now day 2 after cleansing.. well I'm still having bronchitis problems but in other areas I am much better.. I did a healin on a family mmember yesterday who asked me about this reiki cause we had been yaking...  he said he felt like a tingling that was unnerving for him. hmmm

last night he called and said he was much better though and thanked me for whatever I had done.

I told Him I had done nothing.  Reiki had done it.
